Obsession is designed to be a multi-sensory, chic experience combining the finest elements of culinary and musical artistry. The event will offer an immersive evening of dining, cocktails, music, and dance, elevating the guest experience through a fusion of fine food and carefully curated sounds. 

Revenue Potential:

Our past events have consistently generated substantial food and beverage sales, demonstrating the strong spending power of our audience. Based on previous turnout figures:

  • 70 – 110 guests have generated $4,000 – $9,000 in food and beverage sales.

  • 150 – 400 guests have contributed between $11,000 – $20,000 in revenue.

This track record highlights the financial benefits of hosting Obsession at Palo Santo, providing a lucrative opportunity for increased sales and brand exposure.

How We Generate Revenue:

  • General Admission: We will charge $20 per person for entry, ensuring an accessible yet premium experience for attendees.

  • VIP Tables & Sections: Guests will have the option to purchase exclusive VIP tables and reserved seating as real estate, which includes the ability to purchase food and drinks. This premium offering caters to high-end clientele looking for an elevated experience.

Curated Music Experience:

Our live DJs will provide a musical journey, seamlessly blending AfroHouse, Amapiano, Soulful House, and R&B fused mixes. The night will transition from relaxed sophistication during the dining portion to an energetic atmosphere, perfect for the later hours on Palo Santo’s elegant rooftop.

Event Logistics and Support:

Proposed Date and Time: Sunday, March 23, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM, allowing for a seamless transition from dinner service into the later entertainment portion.

Marketing and Promotions:

Our team will manage all event promotions, including:

  • Design of digital flyers and banners for social media and event platforms (Eventbrite, etc.).

  • Targeted email invitations to high-profile influencers and community figures.

  • Paid social media advertising to ensure maximum visibility.

  • PR outreach to local media and lifestyle bloggers for pre- and post-event coverage.
