A young start in the beauty industry has given this northern New Jersey native the advantage of being in tune with trends, while his natural aptitude for fashion helps to translate artistic styles into livable, practical cuts and fashionable color. Angelica Chrysler

Angelica Chrysler has been in the Hair/Makeup Industry for 11 years and counting. Her hairstyling and/or make up has been seen in an Eminem Music Video as well as Fashion Shows and Magazine Spreads for Clothing Designers all across North America; as well, as a creative force with both makeup and hairstyling within Team AV. Her aspirations are to one day use her skills and experiences to start a non-profit for youth in helping to build healthy self images.

Gordon Richter

Gordon Richter has worked along with Dwayne Moore in the development and marketing end of the company from its very beginnings. Client relations, social media consulting, brand creation, and guerrilla marketing being his main focus. Gordon has assisted clients in developing their own marketing plans, showing them the value of visual marketing and helping them get their campaigns up and producing increases.

Jerell Little

Jerell Little is a visual and verbal concept creator. Professionally providing consulting for the last 10 years in the areas of advertising, sales, and marketing, with an insight on media buying. His degree in graphic design allowed him to successfully produce results for local and international clients.

Justin S. McDonald

Justin S. McDonald began his photographic journey in 2001 when he got his first camera as a present. His passion for shooting, developing and printing film as a hobby grew for years until 2007 when, lamenting his lack of darkroom access, entered the digital age. Since then, he has expanded his skills, knowledge and repertoire even further; always striving to better himself as an artist. In May of 2009 he met Dwayne and began working with him in early March of 2010, as a set tech/assistant and cinematographer/videographer for Team AV. He has shot a variety of live events, parties, sporting events, weddings and commercial projects. Acutely aware of the present, he is adept at capturing and freezing the moments in life that would otherwise pass by and be forgotten as fleeting memories.

Nicole Ellis

A professional hair stylist, licensed Esthetician and Cosmetologist. Nicole has experience in the following areas: Weddings, Photo Shoots, Music Videos, Television, Fashion Shows, Pageants and much more. Her work has been featured and published in various magazines and has worked with VH1 and MTV stars. Nicole has also done makeup for Marquise Daniels aka Q6 “Come here Nikki” music video. You can also see her work featured in the May 2010 issue of Orlando Style Magazine with the beautiful ladies of Fox 35 News. Recently Nicole had the pleasure of working with the amazing Fran Drescher also known as “The Nanny.”
